Our client is an established ladies multi-channel fashion retailer based in the west midlands area and are looking for a talented individual to join and support the merchandising team. The company designs and develops Ladieswear for a broad range of customers, seeking the correct look and fit of all ages to ensure that the product fits beautifully, and performs well.

Job Description:
• To prepare reporting and present in weekly and monthly trading meetings.
• Drive the trade model
• Reviews daily and weekly sales performance actions where required.
• Reviews over and under performance at product level and drives trading actions to maximise potential and minimise risk.
• Seeds and manages a WSSI by accurately forecasting demand, OTB, returns and margin.
• Takes ownership of the critical path and takes appropriate action on issues when they arise.
• As well as being competent in preparing trading reports/packs will also make recommendations for reporting improvements across the B&M function and implement.
• Fully aware of the principles and contribution to the overall business strategy. Processes and department development
• Builds effective and open relationships with all members of the buying and merchandising team, based on reliable, accurate and relevant data.
• Ensures productive relationship between merchandising function and all other business areas to ensure goals achieved, specifically the design and accounts teams.
• Delivers key information at the right time, to the right people, and presents when necessary.

Experience and Skills: • Previous experience within a similar role for an Apparel business. • Strong analytical skills, ability to build reports, track performance, knowledge of forecast principles & implement demand planning practices. • Proficiency in merchandising tools and software, including Excel & Inventory management systems. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively with other teams and external partners. • Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team.

Womenswear Designer Leeds About the Role We’re looking for a talented and creative Womenswear Designer to join a passionate Design Team on a maternity cover contract. You’ll work closely with the Womenswear Buyers, Head of Design, and Founder to continually grow and evolve our clients' womenswear collections — bringing fresh ideas that stay true to the distinctive brand handwriting. This role requires a high level of graphic and print ability, along with a strong eye for colour, detail, and silhouette. You’ll need proven strengths in designing dresses and jackets, excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills, and the confidence to work directly with suppliers — from concept through to sample sign-off. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that calls for both creativity and commercial awareness, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do. Senior Import/Wholesale Merchandiser Manchester A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Senior Merchandiser to join a well-established client based in Manchester. This is a senior role looking after the company’s biggest accounts. Working with key accounts and reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for: Costing brand specific product ranges with suppliers (based in Bangladesh, Pakistan & China). Margin calculations maintaining the company directive. Raising detailed POs to suppliers. Maintaining & updating critical paths specific to the orders. Liaising with suppliers on submissions dates (lab dips, fit samples, labelling/trims, pre-production samples, production samples). Liaising with customers regarding delivery updates & sampling requests (submissions/photo samples). Arranging shipments with our nominated forwarder ensuring delivery is kept on time. Booking goods in with the end customer’s warehouse upon arrival. Informing the accounts team of details needed for invoicing. Analysing sales reports from your key account to identify any potential for re-sales or missing categories to boost trade. Reporting findings back to the MDs & design team. Attending buying meetings Skills required: Excellent time management Microsoft product experience (excel, word etc). Confidence in speaking with retailers and suppliers on both email & phone. A good understanding of the wholesale side order process from initial costing to delivery. Knowledge of shipping would be an advantage. Extensive experience in a similar role.
