<p>Hi, I&rsquo;m Lucy, co-founder of Encore Recruitment.</p><p>I launched Encore in October 2020 after spending 20 years building a successful fashion and retail recruitment division for my previous employer. I left on good terms in the summer of 2020, ready to take everything I&rsquo;d learned and create something new.</p><p>From the very start, many of my long-standing clients and candidates joined me on this journey, and those relationships mean a lot to me. I love what I do, getting to know people, understanding their ambitions, and helping them find the right opportunities.</p><p>I bring a deep knowledge of the fashion and retail industry, but also a passion for connecting with people and making every interaction meaningful.</p><p>Outside of work, you&rsquo;ll often find me at the stables enjoying a ride or indulging in my not-so-secret addiction to trash TV; it&rsquo;s all about balance, right?</p>
