Lucy Ratoff is Co-Founder and Recruitment Director of Encore Recruitment.
She has worked in fashion and lifestyle recruitment for more than 20 years, helping brands, retailers and suppliers build their teams, while supporting professionals throughout their careers.
Lucy is known for listening carefully, communicating clearly and taking the time to understand what people are trying to achieve before making a recommendation.
Over the years, Lucy has built long-term relationships that continue across different businesses, roles and career stages, with clients becoming candidates and candidates becoming clients.
Her experience has helped shape the Encore Recruitment Recommendation Standard, which guides how recommendations are made across the business today.
Outside of work, Lucy can usually be found at the horse riding stables or unwinding with something wonderfully trashy on TV.
