Alongside helping businesses and professionals make clear hiring and career decisions, we donate 2% of our revenue to environmental and social causes.

From the start, we wanted Encore Recruitment to be a business that contributed beyond profit. Supporting social and environmental organisations has been part of that decision since we began recruiting for the fashion and lifestyle sector in October 2020.
