Paul Bryce is Co-Founder and Recruitment Lead of Encore Recruitment.
He works across operations and partnerships, with a focus on how changes across the fashion & lifestyle sector, including regulation, technology, sustainability, and shifting business models, affect roles, responsibilities, and when businesses may need to build capability.
This involves connecting those changes to what they could mean for the people doing the work, and for those looking to move into roles that are still evolving or not yet clearly defined.
He is particularly interested in where roles start to change in practice before that change is fully recognised, and what that may mean for hiring and career decisions as those changes play out.
He brings over 20 years of experience in project and programme management across financial services and life sciences, which shapes how he looks at complexity, risk, and the practical realities of roles.
He is open to working with others across the sector where this connects to roles, capability, and hiring.
Outside of work, he's usually on the move, whether it’s cycling or running.
