Through FareShare, we've helped provide around 16,000 meals for those facing food insecurity. Each &pound;1 donated supplies four meals*. If you've been asked to prepare something specific, such as a presentation, that becomes part of the preparation too.</p><p>We'll help you think about what you want to communicate so you can express your experience and thinking clearly as yourself.</p><p>Preparation isn't only about whether you're right for the role. The interview is also your opportunity to understand more about the role, the business and the people you could be working with, and decide whether you want to continue.</p><h3>What happens after an interview?</h3><p>We'll speak with you about how the interview went and what you learned from it, and we'll speak with the client about their feedback and next steps.</p><p>An interview can give both sides information they didn't have before. We provide our full terms of business before starting a search.</p><h3>When is the recruitment fee invoiced?</h3><p>We invoice on the candidate's start date. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless we have agreed different terms with you in advance.</p><h3>What happens if someone we recruit leaves after starting?</h3><p>Our standard terms include eight weeks of placement protection.</p><p>Depending on the circumstances and timing, this provides for one replacement search at no additional fee or a rebate calculated on a sliding scale. We find people, speak to them and assess what we learn. You don't need to see everyone we've found or spoken to.</p><p>Before making a recommendation, we bring together what we've learned about your business and the role with what we've learned about the person considering it. Skills and experience matter. So do expectations, motivation and what each side needs from the working relationship.</p><p>The role is recommended to the candidate first. They know who you are, understand the opportunity and decide whether they want to be considered.</p><p>Only when we have a reason to recommend them and they want to be considered for your role do we make the recommendation to you.</p><p>Our <a href="/cm/our-story/recommendation-standard" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Recommendation Standard</strong></span></a> sets out the guidelines behind that decision.</p><h3>How many candidates will you recommend?</h3><p>We aim to recommend up to three people for a role, with a maximum of five.</p><p>Our aim is to make your recruitment easier, not send you a volume of CVs to review. Further conversations can provide information that wasn't available before, and perspectives can change as the process develops.</p><p>The hiring decision remains yours. The career decision remains the candidate's.</p><h3>What happens if either side decides not to continue?</h3><p>We make sure the other side knows where things stand and, where possible, understands the reason for the decision.</p><p>Sometimes an interview confirms that both sides want to continue. Sometimes one side decides not to. Sometimes more information is needed before either can decide.</p><p>Whatever the decision, we communicate it and agree what happens next.</p><h3>Do you stay involved after an offer is accepted?</h3><p>Yes. We stay involved with you and keep in touch with the candidate right up until the start date.</p><p>Questions can come up at any point. Resignation, notice periods and preparation for joining also give both sides time to think about what comes next.</p><p>Staying in contact gives questions or changes the chance to surface before the start date. Sometimes a decision not to start can still be made late in the process.
