Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, confident and highly motivated Junior Content Creator & Brand Executive to support the growth of four consumer brands. This is a content-first role focused on organic brand growth, social media content creation and community building across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, editing and publishing engaging content, while helping shape how the brands look, sound and show up online. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, regularly creates content themselves, understands brand culture and wants to build a long-term career in content, brand and marketing. Designed for someone early in their career looking to grow into a senior content, brand or marketing role.

Key Requirement

This is a content-first role. Applicants must be confident filming and editing short-form video content and should be able to provide examples of content they have personally created for TikTok, Instagram Reels, brands, freelance clients or personal channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Plan, film, edit and publish high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms
  • Create engaging short-form video content as well as static content
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence
  • Adapt content to suit each brand’s tone, audience and positioning
  • Identify trends and create reactive content where relevant
  • Confidently film content using mobile devices and basic content equipment

Brand Building & Creative Development

  • Develop and pitch creative content concepts and campaign ideas
  • Help define and maintain brand identity across organic channels
  • Support campaign launches, product drops and key brand moments
  • Understand how different content styles appeal to different audiences

Influencer & UGC Management

  • Identify and outreach to influencers and creators aligned with the brands
  • Manage creator relationships and UGC partnerships
  • Source, brief and organise UGC content
  • Track content performance and learnings

Community & Growth

  • Support community engagement across social channels
  • Help grow follower numbers and brand awareness organically
  • Assist with collaborations and partnerships

About You

Required

  • Confident filming and creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms
  • Experience editing content using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
  • Able to provide a portfolio or examples of content personally filmed and edited
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement
  • Comfortable on camera where required
  • Passionate about brand, fashion, lifestyle and social media
  • Organised, proactive and eager to develop a career in content and marketing

Desirable

  • Experience creating content for consumer brands
  • Experience working with influencers or UGC creators
  • Basic photography skills
