About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative Licensed Graphic designer to join our clients’ team. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about creating imaginative, playful designs. The successful candidate will work closely with the licensing team to incorporate well known licensed characters and properties that resonate with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling graphic designs for a variety of products
- Work with licensed character’s, brands an intellectual properties to ensure designs meet licensing guidelines and standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, pop culture and preferences to ensure that designs stay relevant.
- Create seasonal trend packs as well as flash trends throughout the seasons using digital platforms as well as regular comp shopping.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Sales teams to ensure designs align with product strategies.
- Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing Apparel, multi product.
- Knowledge of intellectual property and licensing processes.
- Experience with print production, manufacturing limitations and digital design
- Familiarity with copyright laws.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/ Surface Pattern, Illustration, or a related filed (or equivalent work experience)

The Role
Working closely with the wider team, suppliers and customers, you will support the successful development and delivery of products from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities
Merchandising
Support the management of the critical path to ensure products are delivered on time.
Track orders and maintain accurate production information.

About You

Around 1-2 years' experience within merchandising, garment technology, QC, product development or a similar role.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Trainee Technical Assistant to support the Garment Technology team, which includes maintaining high standards across incoming stock. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the technical team.
Approving wash cares.
Inspect brand labels, wash care labels, barcodes and packaging for accuracy and compliance.
Approving garments for shipment, ensuring all garments are checked on stands.
Checking warehouse deliveries against Q.C. reports.
Updating critical path on Database system.
Reviewing faulty stock with the technical team to assess commercial viability.
Liaise effectively between the warehouse and the technical team.
Demonstrate computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills required.
Required to travel between sites occasionally.

Tasks, duties & responsibilities:
• To prepare reporting and present in Weekly and Monthly Trading Meetings.
• Drives the trade model to their area.
• Reviews Daily and Weekly Sales performance actions where required.
• Reviews over and under performance at product level and drives trading actions to maximise potential and minimise risk.
• Seeds and manages a WSSI by accurately forecasting demand, OTB, returns and margin.
• Takes ownership of the critical path and takes appropriate action on issues when they arise.
• As well as being competent in preparing trading reports/packs will also make recommendations for reporting improvements across the B&M function and implement.
• Fully aware of the principles and contribution to the overall business strategy, processes and department development.
• Builds effective and open relationships with all members of the buying and merchandising team, based on reliable, accurate and relevant data.
• Ensures productive relationship between merchandising function and all other business areas to ensure goals achieved, specifically the design and accounts teams.
• Delivers key information at the right time, to the right people, and presents when necessary.
