Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well established and driven paid marketing manager to manage marketing channels on various inhouse and partner brands.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid marketing channels for the business.
  • Meta, Google, Klaviyo
  • Working with marketing executive to align marketing concept / direction for each brand / season.
  • Liaise with internal and external team members to ensure correct volume and style of content.
  • Set budgets with directors for each brand / season
  • Create marketing strategy for each collection
  • Manage creation of ads / e-mails / posts with marketing executive
  • Hold seasonal monthly and weekly meetings with directors and marketing team to plan and report on paid marketing channels.
  • Monitor and report on performance on weekly basis to directors.
  • Actively manage the paid ads in a hands on manner.

This role requires a hands on team member who has a history of success in a similar field / position / market.

This is not a photographic or catwalk role — it is a hands-on, technical position where you will help ensure the garments fit, feel, and perform exactly as intended before they go into production. You will work closely with garment technologists during daily/regular fitting sessions, trying on sample garments and providing feedback on comfort, movement, and overall fit. Warehouse QC Garment Technologist Manchester Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-driven Warehouse QC Garment Technologist. You will be responsible for checking inbound goods to ensure all products meet company quality standards, technical specifications, and customer expectations before being moved into stock. This role is key to protecting brand reputation and ensure the highest-quality garments to customers. Key Responsibilities: Inspect inbound deliveries to ensure garments meet approved specifications, size measurements, fabric standards, and finishing requirements. Check product quality against sealed samples, gold seals, and approved tech packs. Accurately record and report any faults, damages, or non-conformance issues to the Garment tech Manager and Buying manager Work closely with suppliers, warehouse, and buying teams to resolve any quality issues quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate QC records, reports, and tracking of all inspections carried out. Support the warehouse team in quarantining and escalating non-compliant stock. Ensure all QC checks are completed in line with company processes and deadlines. Carry out random spot checks of stock to monitor consistency of quality. Assist in updating QC guidelines and continuously improving inspection processes. Promote best practice in product handling, garment care, and compliance with company standards. QC check on high returns styles Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a QC / garment technologist role, ideally within fashion or apparel. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing standards. Excellent eye for detail with the ability to spot even minor defects.
