About the Role

Buying Admin Assistant

Birmingham

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buying Admin Assistant to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing administration support to the Buying team and ensuring that all aspects of the buying process are running smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organisational skills and have a keen eye for detail.

Duties

Order Management
• Use of internal software to Input and update weekly purchase orders.
• Action any order amendments under direction of the B&M team.

Critical Path Management
• Managing critical path information with the suppliers (sending template and chasing updated information).
• Using Critical path to ensure timely delivery of stock into the Warehouse, highlighting any possible risks and reasons for delays to the B&M team on outstanding samples/approvals.
• Managing approval process, chasing suppliers for Buying samples/Outstanding approvals/fit samples, filing accordingly.

Trading Information
• Preparing weekly and seasonal analysis (Traffic light documents).
• Ensuring preparation for Trade Meeting.
• Creating and updating ‘New in’ competitive analysis.
• Creating and updating Benchmarking information.
• Creating and updating departmental trend and product research.
• Monthly comp shop/store visits with report.

Sample Management
• Creating and chasing sample tracker from all suppliers.
• Processing samples received (fits, development, shoots/meetings).
• Labelling, logging organizing and filing samples including press and bought.
• Collating and preparing meeting samples.
• Preparing samples for fit meetings and recording fit notes.

Administrative Support
• Receiving, sending and logging in/out post accordingly.
• Dealing with telephone, email queries.
• Dealing with department queries, both internally and externally.
• Supplier/Meetings minute taking and distributions.

Key experience, skills and abilities;
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and knowledge of the high street.
• Excellent communication and team working skills with the ability to adapt.
• Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, word and Outlook.

As they continue strengthening their product development capabilities, we are looking for a talented Senior Knitwear Designer to help drive new ideas, product innovation and commercial design across key customer accounts. The Role We are looking for a Senior Knitwear Designer with strong commercial awareness and a passion for product development. This role will work closely with in-house sample unit, customers and overseas factories to develop knitwear collections from concept through to production. As they enter a new phase of operational focus and growth, they are strengthening the technical team to ensure world-class fit, quality and consistency across all product categories. The Role We are looking for an experienced Garment Technologist to take ownership of garment approval from development through to production. This is a key technical position within the business responsible for ensuring product fit, quality and consistency across knitwear and jerseywear. Full-Time Fit Model (Size 78 / UK 8) Manchester About the Role We are seeking a Full-Time Fit Model (Size 78 / UK 8) to support our clients Garment Technology and Product Development teams. This is not a photographic or catwalk role — it is a hands-on, technical position where you will help ensure the garments fit, feel, and perform exactly as intended before they go into production. You will work closely with garment technologists during daily/regular fitting sessions, trying on sample garments and providing feedback on comfort, movement, and overall fit.
