About the Role
Merchandising Stock Administrator
Birmingham
We are recruiting a Merchandising Stock Administrator for a leading Retailer who are going through a huge period of growth. They are seeking a dedicated person to enhance their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make bookings with suppliers for intake across all WH locations
- Collate & enter all packing list information onto systems ahead of deliveries
- Advise all WH locations of planned deliveries, along with any supporting documentation
- Ensure all planned deliveries are received into all systems in a timely & accurate manner
- Maintain WH locations in system, ensuring that all stock is moved into pickable locations, to maximise distribution across all channels
Candidate Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and inventory management
- Must possess Excel skills
- Numerate
- A related Degree or a minimum of 1 years' experience in retail merchandising

Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of new business development volume targets

Key Responsibilities:
• Take full responsibility for fit, technical standards, and quality expectations for assigned product categories, from first fit through to production.
• Lead and participate in weekly fit sessions alongside the Buying team, offering technical advice and recommending fit improvements.
• Measure, evaluate, and prepare fit samples; finalise specifications including grading using electronic tools.
• Clearly instruct suppliers on garment fit, construction, and quality expectations. Ensure all specs and quality standards are understood and maintained.
• Maintain a consistent fit aligned with the customer expectations. Conduct detailed quality assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Raise and manage all specification sheets and ensure they align with critical path timelines.
• Review and interpret test reports, conduct risk assessments, and approve wash care instructions.
