About the Role

Junior Brand & Content Executive

Manchester

 

We are looking for a confident, driven, and ambitious Junior Brand & Content Executive to support the growth of three consumer brands. This is a hands-on, creative role focused on organic brand growth, content creation, and community building across social platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping how the brands look, sound, and show up online. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands brand culture, and wants to build a long-term career in brand and marketing.

You will support strategy execution while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Create high-quality, on-brand content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Film, edit, and publish short-form video and static content
  • Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence
  • Adapt content to suit each brand’s tone, audience, and positioning

 

Brand Building & Creative Development

  • Develop and pitch new creative concepts and content ideas
  • Stay on top of social trends and apply them in a brand-relevant way
  • Help define and maintain brand identity across all organic channels
  • Support campaign launches, drops, and key brand moments

 

Influencer & UGC Management

  • Identify and outreach to influencers and creators aligned with the brands
  • Manage relationships with creators and UGC partners
  • Source, brief, and organise UGC content for organic and paid usage
  • Track performance and feedback to improve future collaborations

 

Community & Growth

  • Support engagement with the community (comments, DMs where required)
  • Help grow follower base and brand awareness organically
  • Assist with brand collaborations and partnerships

 

About You

Required

  • Confident, proactive, and highly self-motivated
  • Genuinely passionate about brand, fashion/lifestyle, and social media
  • Comfortable being on camera and working with creators
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture
  • Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Ambitious and hungry to grow within a brand environment

 

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Experience creating content for brands or personal social channels
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and UGC
  • Awareness of how organic content supports paid advertising

Senior Merchandiser / Account Manager Manchester Our client, a dynamic company, is seeking a Senior Merchandiser / Account Manager to join their team based in Central Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in Merchandising and Account Management to play a key role within a close-knit company. Key Responsibilities: A pivotal role for a key team member who oversees the Merchandising side of the business. One junior to oversee and 2 seniors to work alongside. Working with a team of 5 designers, 2 garment techs, two senior merch and one junior merch as the wider team, outside of logistics / finance etc. Reporting to the directors. To nurture and manage various customer accounts from concept to delivery. Engage with customers to hold regular meetings, take seasonal briefs and maintain / grow current business. Work with design and tech team to create concept to be presented to customers. Oversee production of collection and brief out to supply base in conjunction with design and tech teams, while controlling CP for seasonal development. Negotiate prices with suppliers. Monitor and manage sample trackers / sample development leadtimes. Present collections to customers in conjunction with directors / design team. Place POs and manage Order Summary. Maintain and manage CP with regular communication with suppliers and customers on a weekly basis. Carry out product review meetings with directors, design and tech teams on a daily / weekly basis. Ensure goods are made to required standards alongside tech team with regards to factory audits, compliance, product testing, AQL reports etc. Working with logistics team to ensure packing lists, shipping schedules, product approvals are in place and correct. Nurturing and managing supply base to balance production volumes and brands between supply base to maximise efficiency and skill across supply base. Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Merchandiser/Account Manager within the apparel sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. As they continue strengthening their product development capabilities, we are looking for a talented Senior Knitwear Designer to help drive new ideas, product innovation and commercial design across key customer accounts. The Role We are looking for a Senior Knitwear Designer with strong commercial awareness and a passion for product development. This role will work closely with in-house sample unit, customers and overseas factories to develop knitwear collections from concept through to production.
