We are looking for a talented and creative Kids Licensed Graphic Designer for our client based in Cheshire. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about creating imaginative, playful and age appropriate design’s for children’s nightwear, daywear and swimwear including cross category collections. The successful candidate will work closely with the licensing team to incorporate well known licensed characters and properties that resonate with kids and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling, age appropriate graphic designs for a variety of products
targeted at children (apparel, nightwear, swimwear)
Work with licensed character’s, brands an intellectual properties to ensure designs meet licensing guidelines and standards.
Keep up to date with the latest design trends, kids pop culture and preferences to ensure that designs stay relevant.
Create seasonal trend packs as well as flash trends throughout the seasons using digital platforms as well as regular comp shopping.
Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Sales teams to ensure designs align with product strategies.
Revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
About you:
Experience in designing Apparel, multi product for kids.
Knowledge of intellectual property and licensing processes.
Experience with print production, manufacturing limitations and digital design
Familiarity with copyright laws related to children’s content.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/ Surface Pattern, Illustration , or a related filed (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience with a portfolio showcasing design work for children’s products or licensing.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience working with licensed content and adhering to brand guidelines.
Understanding of trend’s in children’s entertainment and design.
Ability to create fun, engaging and creative visuals that appeal to younger audiences.

We are looking for a Mens Knitwear Designer. This role requires a creative individual with strong technical knowledge of knitwear, along with the ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic direction for orders without handling every operational detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop knitwear collections based on seasonal trends and client requirements
Create mood boards, colour palettes, and technical sketches
Select appropriate yarns, stitches, and techniques to achieve the desired aesthetics and functionality
Oversee sampling and collaborate with factories to ensure production feasibility
Research market trends and innovations to enhance product offerings
Provide strategic direction on orders and ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and merchandising teams
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years knitwear design
Strong knowledge of yarns, knitting techniques, pattern making and garment construction
Software Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools

The right candidate will be joining an enthusiastic team and must be highly skilled on the technical aspect as well as having great creative flair.
You will have:
Minimum of 5 years pattern cutting experience
Confident working 3-dimensionally on the stand as well as developing patterns digitally
Additional advantage would be some GERBER experience
Excellent technical knowledge of garment construction
Excellent understanding of sizing and fitting
Excellent attention to detail
Multi-product experience with an emphasis on dresses and occasionalwear
Excellent communication skills
Great logical and proactive approach to problem solving
Luxury / Premium fashion experience
Additional High Street experience is preferred but not essential
