You will be:
Check first fit/red & gold seals, where applicable, and send to customer along with necessary paperwork/specifications for approval.
Working closely with the Account Manager.
Ensure that factories are manufacturing in accordance with guidelines and provide technical support.
Ensure all relevant testing is complete in accordance with guidelines.
Hold weekly meetings with the technical team where any issues should be highlighted.
Ensure that workloads remain balanced throughout the team.
Identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility and implement improvements which have been agreed with your manager.

The Role
We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Manager. In this role, you’ll take ownership of trading performance across the ecommerce platforms, using insight and analytics to inform strategy and shape decision-making. From managing homepage content to analysing customer journeys, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, brand, creative, merchandising, tech, and insights to ensure digital presence not only performs but inspires.
Role and Responsibilities
Drive Ecommerce Performance & Insights: Monitor trading performance including traffic behaviour and conversion triggers; use web analytics tools and collaborate with the Insight Team to evaluate website and promotional performance. Feed insights into trade meetings, make data-led recommendations, and support strategic decision-making.
Campaign, Content & Brand Alignment: Work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to plan and execute the trading and content calendar. Ensure all campaigns and ecommerce assets (homepage banners, campaign content, product descriptions) are on-brand, territory-appropriate, SEO-optimised, and delivered on time.
Merchandising, Pricing & Product Management: Partner with the Merchandising Team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing and discount positioning. Oversee full product launch execution, from planning to publishing, and conduct site audits to ensure stock is accurately displayed online with correct imagery and information.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Regularly produce competitor analysis across online and retail channels to inform strategy and maintain a strong market position.

Key Responsibilities
A pivotal role for a key team member who oversees the Merchandising side of the business
One junior to oversee and another senior to work alongside and guide / support as needed.
Working with a team of 5 designers, 2 garment techs, one senior merch and one junior merch as the wider team, outside of logistics / finance etc.
Reporting to the directors.
To nurture and manage various customer accounts from concept to delivery.
Engage with customers to hold regular meetings, take seasonal briefs and maintain / grow current business.
Work with design and tech team to create concept to be presented to customers.
Oversee production of collection and brief out to supply base in conjunction with design and tech teams, while controlling CP for seasonal development.
Negotiate prices with suppliers.
Monitor and manage sample trackers / sample development leadtimes.
Present collections to customers in conjunction with directors / design team.
Place POs and manage Order Summary.
Maintain and manage CP with regular communication with suppliers and customers on a weekly basis.
Carry out product review meetings with directors, design and tech teams on a daily / weekly basis.
Ensure goods are made to required standards alongside tech team with regards to factory audits, compliance, product testing, AQL reports etc.
Working with logistics team to ensure packing lists, shipping schedules, product approvals are in place and correct.
Nurturing and managing supply base to balance production volumes and brands between supply base to maximise efficiency and skill across supply base.
Building relationships is vital to this role, whether with internal team, supplier side or with customers.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Merchandiser, Account Manager, or Buyer within the apparel sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
