Ensure that factories are manufacturing in accordance with guidelines and provide technical support.
Ensure all relevant testing is complete in accordance with guidelines.
Hold weekly meetings with the technical team where any issues should be highlighted.
Ensure that workloads remain balanced throughout the team.
Identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility and implement improvements which have been agreed with your manager.

You will be:
Ensure high service levels are provided and newness in design is given.
Proficient in Adobe Software, including Illustrator and Photoshop (minimum 2-3 years’ experience)
See concept designs through to production, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure the brief is met.
Work closely with technologists and merchandisers, to ensure products fit and find solutions to any problems in production.
Researching trends, and creating mood boards for new projects and seasons ahead.
Collaborate with other creatives in the Design team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding across the business.
Attending customer meetings and prepare for presentations.
Design to a brief and amend as buyer requests, display experience of liaising with buyers requests and demands.
Creating exclusive designs, with awareness of cost and factory restrictions.
Prepare design packs, including technical drawing and size specs.
Thorough understanding of the current market and research of retailers to ensure handwriting is in line.
Manage day to day work load, working closely with buyers and factories to ensure deadlines are met for samples and designs.
Develop new products with the factories from research, requesting new fabrics and embellishments.
Reasonable travel, including factory visits and regular comparative shopping in the UK and overseas.
Experience with Licensed clothing is essential

The Role
We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Manager. In this role, you’ll take ownership of trading performance across the ecommerce platforms, using insight and analytics to inform strategy and shape decision-making. From managing homepage content to analysing customer journeys, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, brand, creative, merchandising, tech, and insights to ensure digital presence not only performs but inspires.
Role and Responsibilities
Drive Ecommerce Performance & Insights: Monitor trading performance including traffic behaviour and conversion triggers; use web analytics tools and collaborate with the Insight Team to evaluate website and promotional performance. Feed insights into trade meetings, make data-led recommendations, and support strategic decision-making.
Campaign, Content & Brand Alignment: Work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to plan and execute the trading and content calendar. Ensure all campaigns and ecommerce assets (homepage banners, campaign content, product descriptions) are on-brand, territory-appropriate, SEO-optimised, and delivered on time.
Merchandising, Pricing & Product Management: Partner with the Merchandising Team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing and discount positioning. Oversee full product launch execution, from planning to publishing, and conduct site audits to ensure stock is accurately displayed online with correct imagery and information.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Regularly produce competitor analysis across online and retail channels to inform strategy and maintain a strong market position.

Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and creative Womenswear Designer to join a passionate Design Team on a maternity cover contract.
You’ll work closely with the Womenswear Buyers, Head of Design, and Founder to continually grow and evolve our clients' womenswear collections — bringing fresh ideas that stay true to the distinctive brand handwriting.
This role requires a high level of graphic and print ability, along with a strong eye for colour, detail, and silhouette. You’ll need proven strengths in designing dresses and jackets, excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills, and the confidence to work directly with suppliers — from concept through to sample sign-off.
It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that calls for both creativity and commercial awareness, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do.
